Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable items:
  • Sale, promotion, or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your cost.

Exchanges
  • We only offer exchanges if the item you received is defective or damaged.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at care@proultimatesports.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us with photos and your order details at care@proultimatesports.com for prompt assistance.

Shipping for Returns
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
